Dear Bob and family,
We just heard the news of Betty's passing.. We were so saddened by this. We are new to the neighborhood looking forward to our first summer with all our new neighbors. I only met Betty once. She and Bob welcomed me into their home and I felt like we were instant friends. Betty was so welcoming to me and we must have talked for an hour. I am so sorry I did not have the chance to spend more time with such a kind and loving lady. Our sincere sympathy to the Leggett family and the many friends I am sure she had.

Bob & family:: my first reaction was "what a beautiful photo of Betty" then I realized what it was telling me. Michael & I were Atwood with our dogs on the weekend and talked about wanting to stop and see you & Betty having no idea.... Betty was one of those people who always made you smile inside & out and had a gift for making you feel special. Bob you & Betty go together like salt & pepper . I wish I could be there to give you a hug. God Bless.
