Wanda G. Reynolds

Wanda G. Reynolds, age 80, of Sherrodsville, Ohio died Friday morning, August 14, 2015 in Union Hospital at Dover.

She was born May 2, 1935 in Monday, West Virginia and was the daughter of  the late Harley Neal and Opal Gay Conley Veon.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Jerrold Reynolds, who died July 13, 1968, five brothers and four sisters.

Wanda was primarily a homemaker and attended the Sherrodsville Wesleyan Church.  She was formerly employed as a seasonal custodian at the former Sherrodsville Grade School. 

She is survived by her four children Michael R. (Mary) Reynolds of Sherrodsville, Patricia A. (Larry) Trank of Elm Grove, West Virginia,  Brenda L. (Dan) Crank of Sherrodsville, and Jeffrey N. (Vicki) Reynolds of New Philadelphia, O.,  13 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren, and two great- great-grandchildren,  five sisters, Hilda Bailey and Yvonne Veon, both of Parkersburg, West Virginia, Emma Edwards of Mineral Wells, West Virginia, Lottie McFee of Elizabeth, West Virginia, and Anna Marshall of Harrisville, West Virginia, and two brothers Francis Wayne Veon of Parkersburg, West Virginia and Dale (Juanita) Veon of Reynoldsburg, O.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Sunday,  August 16, 2015 in the Baxter-Gardner Funeral Home at Sherrodsville with Rev. Milo Baker officiating.  Interment will follow in the Sherrodsville Memorial Gardens. Calling hours will be held Sunday from 12:00 Noon until time of  services at 2:00 in the funeral home.  The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Sherrodsville Wesleyan Church, c/o  P.O.
