Travis Ray Flaherty

Travis Ray Flaherty, age 46, of Scio, Ohio, and formerly of Leesville, died Monday morning, January 22, 2018 in his residence.

He was born February 9, 1971 in Dover, Ohio and was the son of  Marie Ann Brodeur Rohn  and step-father Randy Rohn of Leesville and the late Arley Ray Flaherty.

Travis was a caring father and a loving son. A graduate of Conotton Valley High School, he delighted in playing his X-Box and listening to music. Travis had performed maintenance work for L. J. Smith Co, Case Farms, and several other area businesses. He was a former member of the Leesville Fire Department.

In addition to his mother and step-father, he is survived by  two sons, Justin Flaherty Mushrush of Uhrichsville, O. and John Chester Flaherty of Leesville, a brother Billy Ray Flaherty, Sr. of Leesville, and a sister, Sonia Flaherty of Scio, a half-sister Jennifer Flaherty of Defiance, O., several nieces and nephews and a great-nephew.
