Mary Ann Wiltshire Obituary

Mary Ann Wiltshire, age 82, of Mineral City, Ohio passed December 22, 2022 in the Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital following a long period of declining health.
She was born September 13, 1940 in Stella, Kentucky on Cherry Orchard to Arnell and Bessie (Patrick) Dunn. Mary was preceded in death by her longtime companion Arthur Hill, sisters Ganetta Dunn and Lacella (Howard) Gross, brothers Paul Dunn and Arna Dunn, beloved corgi Ethel, and husband Raymond L. Wiltshire.
Mary Ann is survived by daughters Natalie (David) Greene of Canton, OH and Shellie (Greg) Reed of Mineral City, grandchildren Ryan Greene, Alivia (Jordan) Tozzi, Calli (Scott) Simonson, Haley (Adam Budde) Reed, and great grandchildren Hunter Hanks, Harleigh Simonson, Madalena and Niko Tozzi. Also surviving are a sister Frankie (Greg Bair) Robinson and brother Michael (Tina) Dunn, as well as countless nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, neighbors, beloved corgi Lucy, and Tammy (Rich) Seward, who she cherished like her own daughter.
Mary Ann was loved and adored by all. She worked hard and humbly with everything she did. Starting at 15, Mary Ann worked at Snyder Manufacturing; With the money made, she saved up and bought her mother a Mother's Day ring. Mary Ann worked various further jobs, including Don's Steak and Egg, Downtown Restaurant, and Cleveland Clinic Union Hospital, from which she retired. Known to never sit down, Mary Ann spent her 'free' time perusing the local Goodwill for deals, armed with her favorite Speedway coffee in hand. For many years, Mary Ann worked making pies and preparing the Lake Drive Fellowship  pie wagon for the annual Atwood Lake Fall Festival. A dedicated Steelers fan, her “Yeah” shout could be heard for miles upon a touchdown. Mary Ann was proficient at giving face-lifts in the form of braiding hair; It was not uncommon for her grandchildren's entire sports team to be sporting 'Hair by Mare' at every game. Mary Ann was a friend to every animal. Known for bringing in every, emphasis on EVERY, stray cat that came her way, and she always had at least two dog companions by her side.
Mary Ann Wiltshire led a  beautiful and inspirational life. She will be missed by so many, but she can always be found in the love she gave; Her legacy and impact knows no earthly bounds.
