Mary M. Reynolds

Mary M. Reynolds, age 68, of 217 Hill Drive, Sherrodsville, Ohio, died Thursday afternoon, April 12, 2018 in the Mercy Medical Center at Canton following a one-year illness.

She was born May 23, 1949 in Canton, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Roy Hoover Pealy  and Charlotte Wyant Pealy Brannon.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by  two brothers, Richard L. "Dick" Pealy and William Pealy, a  sister Alice Miner, and her step-father, Dale Brannon.

Mary was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church at Sherrodsville.  Although she was primarily a homemaker, she spent many hours tracking and recording information for their trucking business, Reynolds Trucking, for which she served as its secretary and treasurer.  Mary was quite fond of the outdoors, happily spending her hours tending to her beloved flower gardens and frog pond.  She will be sadly missed by her family and friends. 

She is survived by her husband Michael R. Reynolds, whom she married in 1980, two sons, Donnie (Sherri) Irwin of East Sparta, OH, and Shaun (Companion Erin Stocker) Reynolds of Bowerston, OH; a step-son, Danny (Maggie) Reynolds and step-daughter, Lori Reynolds Simmons, both of  Uhrichsville, OH and a sister, Linda Loar of Mineral City, OH.

No services or calling hours are currently planned. The Baxter-Gardner Funeral Home at Sherrodsville is handling arrangements.  The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Calvary United Methodist Church,  P. O.
