Kimberly Rachelle Decker

Kimberly R. Decker, age 31, a resident of Florida for the past four years, died suddenly in her home in Coral Springs, Florida on Sunday, May 14, 2023.

She was born July 30, 1991 in Dover, Ohio and was the daughter of Jerod Scott Decker of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania and Nicki (Sell) Anno of Wellington, Florida.  

A 2009 graduate of Claymont High School, Kimberly was currently employed as a waitress at Red Lobster in Coral Springs.  While in high school, she engaged in competition cheer leading.  She loved horses and was fond of spending time caring for them.  Kimberly also liked to participate in gymnastics.  She was a loving mother, daughter, sister and granddaughter who will be missed by her family and friends. 

She is survived by her mother Mrs. Nicki Anno and step-father Cecil Anno, Jr., her father Jerod Decker,  two daughters Aria Oxford of Navarre, OH and  Sosa Hython of Wellington, FL, her four siblings Ashlee Decker of Bolivar, OH, Nithanial (Danielle) Decker of Lyndhurst, OH, Mrs. Brianna (Cody) Burkhardt of Columbia, KY, and Cassidy Anno of Dennison, OH,  a maternal grandmother, Imogene Swiney of Sherrodsville, OH, maternal grandfather Daniel Sherer of New Philadelphia, OH, and paternal grandfather Chuck Decker of Sherrodsville.

Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M., Tuesday,  May 23, 2023 in the Baxter-Gardner Funeral Home at Sherrodsville with Rev. Jerralyn Myers officiating.  Interment will follow in the Sherrodsville Memorial Gardens. Calling hours will be held Monday from 6:00 until  8:00 P.M. in the funeral home.
