Joy (Sis) Latimer Healy Obituary


Joy (Sis) Latimer Healy, age 70, of Boynton Beach, Florida, passed away suddenly in her home Saturday, June 12, 2021.
 She was born September 11, 1950 in Canton, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Paul and Betty (Grogg) Latimer, who resided in New Cumberland, Ohio.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by  her husband Jim Healy, who died June 6, 2004, a brother Jim Latimer and her little dogs Skipper and Pebbles.
She is survived by a daughter Bobbie Jo (Dan) Delahunty of Florida, grandchildren Dan and Ashley Delahunty, a sister Janet Corpman of New Philadelphia, Ohio and a brother Jeff (Crystal) Latimer of Mineral City (New Cumberland area), a sister-in-law Shirley Latimer of New Cumberland,  several nieces and nephews, and her very dear friends Teri and Brian.
A Memorial Service honoring her life will be held at 12:00 Noon Saturday, June 19, 2021 in the New Cumberland United Methodist Church, located at 4058 New Cumberland Road N.E., Mineral City (New Cumberland), with Pastor John Campbell officiating.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. until time of services at Noon in the church.  A private graveside service will be held in the New Cumberland Cemetery at a later date.
