James Lee "Jimmy" Brittain, age 60, a resident of St. John's Villa in Carrollton since July, 2021, died early Sunday morning, November 3, 2024.
He was born July 31, 1964 in Cleveland, Ohio, and was the son of Beverly June Franks of Carrollton and the late Harlan Edward Brittain. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Michelle Brittain. He was a 1984 graduate of Perry High School.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by three sisters, Mary Catherine Brittain of Canton, OH, Mrs. Terri (Charles) Gearling of Sherrodsville, OH, and Tracey Reed of Interlachen, FLA, two uncles, James K. Franks, Jr. and Roger "Moe" Franks, and two aunts, Sgt. Barbara Franks and Mrs. Wilma Franks, all of Canton, OH, and a large family of cousins.
