James T. Fox, Sr., age 68, a resident of the Bowerston Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center at Bowerston, Ohio, died Friday evening, April 19, 2019.

He was born December 16, 1950 in Columbus, Ohio and was the son of the late James and Mary Anna Roberts Fox.
