Becky Lynn Berger, age 58, of Roswell, Ohio, died suddenly Saturday morning, July 3, 2021 in the Mercy Medical Center at Canton, Ohio.
She was born July 7, 1962 in Dover, Ohio and was the daughter of Cheryl C. Raiff Tope of Roswell, and the late Eugene Emery Tope.
Becky found her pleasures came from the small, simple things that life had to offer. She was fond of reading, spent many hours playing spirited games of Skipbo, and rolling dice on the dining room table. She loved tending to her flower beds in her yard, lending extra care to her roses. She was also fond of crafting all varieties of gifts for her family and could engage in backyard games of corn hole for hours. She found enjoyment while experiencing riding her Harley-Davidson motorcycle, and then relaxing at the dining room table with a full glass of Dr. Pepper and ice cubes. Becky had a shining personality and a clever, quick wit. She possessed a unique ability to make people laugh and bring a smile to their faces, regardless of the situation. She never admitted to encountering a stranger, as she was always willing to go out of her way to strike up a conversation. She will always be remembered as the life of the party. In addition to her family and friends, she will be missed by her faithful dog Lily and her cockatiel Ruby. As a simple gesture of remembrance, please take time to listen to her favorite song, "Amazing Grace".
She is survived by a daughter Mrs. Amanda R. (Craig) Bardall of Dennison, OH, a son, Shawn (Lyndi) Stutzman of Bridgeport, OH, step-daughter, Tiffany Berger of Bakersville, OH, step-son, Josh (Anna) Berger of Zanesville, OH, her companion, William "Bill" Berger of Bakersville, four grandchildren, Luke (Morgan) Stutzman, Logan Stutzman, Madyson Stutzman, and Hudson Bardall, two great-grandchildren Briella Stutzman and Elliana Stutzman, a brother, Terry Tope of Roswell, a sister-in-law Sandy Richardson, a nephew Terry (Kiley) Tope, Jr. a niece, Brooklynn Tope five step-grandchildren Holden, Creedon, Camreigh, and Creeley Berger and Grace Bardall, two uncles Tom (Tina) Raiff and Steven (Becky) Raiff and an aunt, Mrs. Janette (Tom) Warner, and many cousins and friends.
