Ruth A. Wallace

Ruth Ann Wallace, 69,  of Carrollton, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on September 12th, 2017, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Akron, Ohio on May 6th, 1948 and was the daughter of the late John and Louise Newman Bisaha. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son Jerry Wallace.

Ruth was an avid book reader and loved her pets. 

Ruth is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Earl L. Wallace, whom she married on August 3, 1968. She is also survived by two daughters Tracy (David) Bizjak, Michelle (Walter) Stanislawski, one son Ben Wallace and his companion Lisa, and grandchildren, Maddy, Cooper, Mason, Ethan, Aly, and Rose and her beloved dog Scruff. 

She is also survived by her brother John (Shirley) Bisaha, sister-in-law Cheryl Simpson (née Wallace), brother-in-law Charles Roy (Rena) Wallace, two nieces Christine Bisaha, Jessica (Neal) Shultz, and two nephews, Charles Troy Wallace and his companion Jen, and John (Nicole) Bisaha.

There will be a celebration of life gathering on Thursday, September 21, 2107 from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the Carroll County Friendship Center at 100 Kensington Road N.E., Carrollton, Ohio 44615.  The Baxter-Gardner Funeral Home at Sherrodsville, Ohio is handling arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Ruth's memory  may be made to Community Hospice, 716 Commercial Avenue S.W., New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663 or the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Ohio Buckeye Chapter, 6155 Rockside Road Suite #202, Independence OH 44131.
