Jeff E. Hilliard

Jeff E. Hilliard, age 38, formerly of Leavittsville, Ohio, died Monday morning, November 2, 2015 in the Bowerston Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center from complications arising from a motor vehicle accident that occurred in 2004.

 

He was born May 2, 1977 in Canton, Ohio and was the son of Edward W. and Jo Ann Johnson Hilliard, who reside in Carrollton, Ohio.

  

He was a former employee of Republic Storage at Canton, and had also been employed at the former Carrollton Graphics. Jeff was a 1995 graduate of Carrollton High School. He was a skillful artist who particularly adept at drawing comic book characters. Following his accident, he developed and maintained the Carroll Hills School website for the Carroll Board of Developmental Disabilities. 

 

In addition to his parents, he is survived by three sons, Eric, Tyler, and Cody Hilliard and their mother Krissy Hilliard, all of Leavittsville,  a sister, Kim Hilliard,  his maternal grandmother Irene Johnson,  and paternal grandmother Lois Hilliard, all of Carrollton, a number of uncles, aunts, and cousins, and his best friend Stan Lipinsky of Magnolia, Ohio.
