Jane Anne Barnhart

Jane  Anne Barnhart, age 72, of  Sherrodsville, Ohio,  died Sunday afternoon, August 14, 2016 in her residence after a long illness.

She was born February 12, 1944 in Massillon, Ohio and was the daughter of the late Ned and Anna Louise Markowski  Campbell.   In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers Gary Campbell and Frank Campbell,  a sister Linnie Lawrence, and her long time friend, Rick Hershey.

Primarily a homemaker, Jane Ann who was partial to outdoor activities.  She particularly liked fishing,  especially at Cry Baby Bridge, and target practicing with guns. She was fond of animals, most notably her two feline companions Seemore and Princess.  She was a loving and attentive mother and grandmother who will be sadly missed by her family. 

She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Wendy L. (Steve) Deemer of Sherrodsville, and  Mrs. Tracy R. (Keith) Creek of Canton, O.,  a brother Ned O. Campbell of Massillon,  two granddaughters, Jessica Deemer of Sherrodsville and Alexandrea Nicley of New Philadelphia, O.,  two grandsons Andrew Creek and  Kyle Creek both of Canton, a great-granddaughter, Emma Karns and Charles Barnhart.

No formal funeral services are currently planned.  The Baxter-Gardner Funeral Home at Sherrodsville is handling arrangements.
